New Procedures For ECD Spark Testing Established

A Mount Rainier National Park protection ranger recently experienced an unintentional discharge of an electronic control device (ECD) while conducting a spark test with the cartridge detached from the device.  New procedures for ECD spark testing have accordingly been established.
