Samantha Richardson is rejoining the Denver Service Center as the public affairs specialist within the Information Management Division. Samantha previously worked for the Service Center for almost five years, leaving in 2007. During her break in federal service she worked for herself as a publicist and freelance writer. She worked as a contributing editor and columnist for a number of web-based publications including Judyâs Book, The Mile Hive, and Denver Metro Guides. She also served as the Director of Public Relations for the 2007 Race Across America cycle race.
Samantha was the public affairs specialist for the Denver Service Center from 2002 â 2007. During her time with the park service she created the internal newsletter DSC@work, and worked on servicewide projects including the Partnership Construction Process and the Centennial Initiative. Samantha previously worked for the U.S. Department of Energy in media and community relations and is a graduate of Michigan State University. Her phone number is 303.969.2825.
