Additional Guidance Issued On Concealed Firearms Regulation

On February 10th, Acting Director Dan Wenk issued a memorandum to all regional directors entitled “Additional Interim Guidance, Concealed Firearms Regulation” which provides “additional interim guidance regarding the implementation and enforcement procedures.”
