The NPS Law Enforcement Training Center will recognize the outstanding achievements of rangers and agents who served as instructors in the field of law enforcement in 2008 by selecting a law enforcement instructor of the year. Joe Hinkes, a ranger at Delaware Water Gap, was selected as the law enforcement instructor of the year in 2008 for his accomplishments in 2007.
