Suicide Victim Found In Park Restroom

An 11-year-old girl found the body of a woman hanging in the women’s restroom of a picnic pavilion at Davis Bayou just before noon on January 12th. The 32-year-old woman was declared dead at the scene by emergency responders. She was identified as a resident of nearby Ocean Springs who had a history of prior suicide attempts. A suicide note was found in her vehicle. Ranger Jim Graves is the case agent.
