William Frederick Boycott as âBuffalo Billâ from Lander, Wyoming will be performing on Friday, July 7th and Saturday, July 8th at 8:00 p.m. at the Devils Tower Amphitheatre. âBuffalo Billâ presents historical and original songs on the history of the Wild West. Experience western history of American Indians, Trappers, The Oregon Trail, Railroads, Cowboys and much more. He also tells stories in Traditional Native American Indian Sign Language.
âBuffalo Billâ performs at many festivals, concerts, and cowboy poetry gatherings across the West. He has performed in concert with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Waddie Mitchell and Riders in the Sky. He has also produced two programs on the history of the West in cooperation with Wyoming Public Radio. This will be Billâs eleventh year to perform at the national monument.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council through funding from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Wyoming State Legislature. The program will move to the Devils Tower Picnic Shelter in inclement weather.
