Craters of the Moon will be hosting a ranger guided bird walk on Saturday, May 20. Spring migration will be underway and a variety of our feathered friends should be present in the park including the beautiful Mountain Bluebird, Idaho's state bird. Park Biologist and avid birder, Mike Munts will lead this special hike. Hike participants will meet at the visitor center on Highway 20/26/93, 18 miles west of Arco at 8:00 a.m. and walk approximately 4 miles. The hike will conclude at approximately 11:30 a.m.
