Area National Parks Closed For Federal Winter Holidays

Superintendent Keith Newlin announces that "both Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site and Johnstown Flood National Memorial visitor centers will be closed Monday, January 16th, to observe the Birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and also on Monday February 20th for Presidents? Day.? Newlin goes on to say "the park's visitor centers will be open daily during the winter months from 9:00am to 5:00pm."
