Superintendent Bruce D. McKeeman and Library Director Tim Walch announce that on January 1, 2006, the fee to visit both the park and library will change in accordance with the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (Public Law 108-447). The fee schedule for 2006 is: ages 16-61, $6.00; holders of National Park Pass, Golden Age Pass, Golden Access Pass, Golden Eagle Pass, and other Presidential Library Foundation Cardholders pay $3.00; and picnic shelter reservation fee will be $25.00. The Act allows the park to retain part of the fee revenues to be used for interpretation and maintenance. The Library retains its share of the fee revenues for projects, programs and staff.
