Governor Island Tours End for 2005 Summer Season

The National Park Service has concluded its third summer season of guided weekday tours of Governors Island.
Weekday tours will resume June 2006. Ferry access points, schedules and ticket prices are subject to change next year.
In the interim, National Park Service and the Governors Island Preservation and Education Corporation continue long-term planning efforts for the future of the island.
Plans for tours and public access will be announced by May 2006.
