Monday, Sep 19, 2005 Outer Banks Group Acting Superintendent Patrick Reed has announced that National Park Service facilities for the Outer Banks Group, that were temporarily closed for Hurricane Ophelia, have reopened. This includes Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, Wright Brothers National Memorial and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
