Friday, Sep 16, 2005 Current Status Bulletin Friday, September 16, 2005 The Outer Banks Group is currently in recovery efforts from Hurricane Ophelia impacts. Headquarters offices are open. Fort Raleigh National Historic Site is open to the public. Wright Brothers National Memorial and all of Cape Hatteras National Seashore are closed until a storm damage assessment is completed. Staff is working to open facilities and beaches as soon as possible.
